But if too many essentials of being a thriving church are neglected, both the church - and the walk of the believers in that church - will surely suffer. Assessing how we relate to our leaders; how we relate to each other; and how we reflect God's glory to others, can help us determine whether we're growing spiritually. In the final section of this first letter to the Thessalonians, the apostle Paul sets forth several commands intended to help the Thessalonians to continue to grow as a thriving church family (1 Thessalonians 5.12-28).
