Scripture/Text: ; Scripture/Text: Hebrews 2:1-9; Most think about salvation merely in terms of what Jesus saves us from, such as sin, death, and the devil. But often, we fail to grasp what Jesus' intentions are for us as saved individuals. This Sunday, I will demonstrate that it is dangerous to ignore any part of our salvation (Hebrews 2:1-4), while especially focusing on how Jesus intends to restore our rule, and will even give us a status higher than the angels (Hebrews 2:5-9). Once we grasp the intent of Jesus' salvation, we will reckon with how we must live when it seems things are out of our control (Hebrews 2:8). Oh, and we will celebrate our 11th anniversary right afterwards, so I look forward to seeing you all on Sunday!
