Scripture/Text: ; Scripture/Text: Genesis 35; If you walk with the Lord long enough, you're going to hit a spiritual slump. We may not even be aware of it right away, but eventually we realize we've hit a plateau - that we've lost our spiritual “fizz.” We're still doing all the things that Christians do - like going to church, praying and reading our bibles. But we know we're in a spiritual slump. For a time, that's been Jacob's condition. But in Genesis 35, Jacob gets intentional and goes back to Bethel where he first encountered the Lord. Join us this Sunday as we consider how getting intentional and going back can move us forward in our journey with the Lord.
