Scripture/Text: ; Everyone fears something. That fear, whatever it is, can be traced back to our fear of death. But on this first Sunday of Advent, "tidings of comfort and joy" come to us because God has come into the world to give death its death blow. Come and hear from Hebrews 2.14-18 about how Jesus came "to save us all from Satan's power" so that we do not have to fear death anymore.
